  • PEP Office Manager (Part-Time)

    Powell Economic Partnership (PEP) is hiring for a part-time Office Manager. This is a 15-20 hour per week (4-5 days per week) year-round position that does not include benefits. The Office Manager is responsible for maintaining an organized environment for PEP which includes the Chamber and Visitor Center. Primary duties include bookkeeping, filing, membership database maintenance and administrative. Pay depending on experience.


    • Proven experience handling financial transactions and working in QuickBooks
    • Demonstrable experience providing strong customer service and communication skills
    • Comfortable with Cloud storage, websites and social media tools. Experience with Microsoft Office products including OneDrive, Microsoft Office & Excel, websites, and social media tools
    • Must be able to physically stand for long periods of time, negotiate stairs and lift and carry boxes up to 25 lbs.
