An informal group of women in Park County, Wyoming got together and said collectively “something is missing from our work-life balance”. After that, we set out to identify these questions. Firstly, why were we feeling this way? Secondly, what do we want? Thirdly, how are we going to achieve it? To sum up, who else can benefit from a better life balance? During this time the Mountain Goddess Retreat was born.

Your guide up the mountain is Heather Jones. She is an herbalist, farmer, and apothecary. She is the owner of Enchantment Creek which, to clarify, provides #medicineforthepeople Enchantment Creek is state certified, sourced locally, harvested sustainably, moreover, made with perfect purity.

Visual journals, or sketchbooks, are an amazing tool. For example, building a healthy and abundant state of mind. Learning some basic sketching skills and creative brainstorming exercises will help you see how easy it is to maintain a visual journal. Every participant will be given a sketchbook and drawing tools to begin their book.
