Come one come all to the Plaza Diane Renaissance Arts Festival from 11-4pm!  Throw on your favorite Renaissance costume (or not) and come to downtown Powell to enjoy live music, art vendors, food vendors, judge an art show, and enjoy games and art activities on the Plaza!!

    Northwest College Paint the Town Red

    Paint the the Town Red is a street festival for visitors, Big Horn Basin residents and Northwest College students. This year there will be even more fun things for families to do in the evening.

    Enjoy three music acts. Including a National County Music Artist who is booked and will be revealed later in the summer!

    Lots of food trucks, games, vendors, local businesses and more.

    Wear RED and get a prize! The first 200 people wearing red will be rewarded.

    Labor Day Tournament at the Powell Golf Club

    This Labor Day play two distinct nines at the Powell, Wyoming Golf Club.

    The Teams

    2 men, 2 woman, or mixed

    The Game

    Saturday and Sunday teams will play 9 holes of Best Ball, then 9 holes of Aggregate.

    The Prizes

    Tournament payout is net. Daily individual gross & net prizes.









    Entry Fee

    $80 for members and $120 for guests. The price includes green fees, cart, range, optional practice rounds. Additionally, dinner on Friday night and lunch on Saturday.

    Local Fresh Farm to Table Dinner

    Homesteader Days weekend we celebrate our rich agricultural history. What better way to do that then eat local food? There are two ways to enjoy this event.






    ONE - Attend the the Farm to Table Dinner

    The Farm to Table Fundraising event is a collaboration of local businesses in the Big Horn Basin. People come together to enjoy each other’s company while eating farm fresh food, listening to live music, and play lawn games. The tickets include the show! The dinner is for those 21 and up. Cocktails provided by Wyold West Brewing Company.

    TWO - Enjoy the Show

    Dance, listen, hang with friends and enjoy the Super Saturated Sugar Strings from Alaska!








    The Super Saturated Sugar Strings is a tornado of sounds melding folk, rock, blues, and all things roots, into a beautiful, melodic, and powerful performance. Meet the Band: Kevin Worrell (bass and vocals), Carlyle Watt (guitar, banjo, vocals, bassdrum) Kathryn Moore (piano, vocals, percussion) Miriah Phelps (fiddle,vocals, small percusssion) Theresa Watt (cello, vocals, omnichord) and Logan Bean (trumpet, flugelhorn, electric bass.) Our live shows are an intense experience we hope you will enjoy. Please come out for a listen and leave us with a dance and a smile!

    Street Festival - Antique Tractors - Food Trucks - Family Fun









    The Homesteader Days Festival has fun for Grandpa, Grandma, parents and the kiddos. Celebrate the days of homesteading at the beginning of the twentieth century. Vintage truck and tractor show, antique machinery demonstrations, and hand water pumps line the street.  Kids love the activities.  Everyone loves the food and music. Fun for all ages!
