Homesteader Park in Powell, Wyoming is owned and maintained by the City of Powell. It is well groomed and user friendly for a variety of activities.

Powell Rec uses the fields and open spaces for adult and youth programs.  It is also home the the Powell Aquatic Center.

Homesteader Park is also the home for JWP DAYS Festival in May. John Wesley Powell Days is on PCSD#1 Graduation Weekend. Friday is the Kids Carnival and Saturday is the Beer, Bourbon, Beards and Bike Day.
